[Cakerholic] 3D Unicorn Cake

(Cake Layers - vanilla cake will be prebaked & provided)

Students will learn:
-How to make swiss buttercream
-Techniques of crumb coating and filling 3 layered cake
-Techniques of frosting a straight cake
-Technique of using fondant & edible paint
-Technique of securing fresh flowers onto cake.
